The Vietnamese Startup Business Exchange Program to Belgium (Vietnam – HUB Brussels Startups Exchange – VBSE) is a program to support Vietnamese startups to expand their markets, seek investment capital, and develop products. through training and connection activities to provide appropriate information and find regional advisors for startups with needs and potential to develop products into international markets, especially Europe. In addition, the Program also supports businesses in the process of registering for intellectual property (IP) protection and developing international partners, learning about laws and funding sources from the private sector and the government for pioneering technologies.
The program is organized by the National Innovation Center (NIC) in collaboration with the Vietnam Innovation Network in Europe (VINEU) and HUB Brussels with the following specific information:
1. Objectives of the Program:
Learn about the host country’s legal incentives for Startups in some pioneering technology fields
Study and exchange with successful startups in the past 5 years
Study, exchange, and pitch with typical advisors of the Belgian ecosystem
Meet Pitching with VC funds in Belgium and Europe
Learn how or access intermediary systems (incubators, accelerator programs) to help access the host country market.
Learn the process of registering intellectual property protection in Europe and Belgium
2. Important milestones:
Registration deadline: August 30, 2023 to September 6, 2023
Announcement of results: September 8, 2023
Program duration: September 25-30, 2023
3. Support Startups to participate in the program
